Governance Engagement
£40,000 fixed fee · approximately three months

A structured programme that builds a board’s genuine governance capability around cyber resilience — not a compliance checklist, but a working system the board understands and owns.

We begin by reading the business and its current governance baseline. The board names its cyber lead. That lead and the executive team then build the standing governance structures together — taking away a bespoke Governance Toolkit — through an executive session and an embedding period we help facilitate. The full board then tests the result in a workshop on governing under abnormal conditions.

We close with a plain-English written reflection and six to ten business-level indicators that replace the IT dashboard the board currently ignores. The named lead receives unlimited one-to-one support throughout the programme, at no additional fee.

The fixed fee is committed at signing and includes one facilitated embedding session. Further facilitated sessions are £5,000 each.
Ongoing Board Advisory
£5,000 per month · 12-month rolling retainer

Keeps the governance system built during the Engagement alive and current. The indicators stay calibrated. The standing structures are matured as the business evolves. New conditions — regulatory, threat landscape, operational — are brought to the board before they become surprises.

The dedicated relationship with the named cyber lead, begun during the programme, continues here. We prepare the board’s own governance reporting, so the board can demonstrate genuine alignment with the Cyber Governance Code and mean it.

The retainer is available only to clients who have completed the Governance Engagement, or where an equivalent governance baseline already exists and can be confirmed at outset.
